Kevin Sowti, MD

Kevin Sowti, MD

Dr. Kevin Sowti finished his Residency at Yale affiliated program in Waterbury Connecticut. His education and life have taken him around the world, including Europe, Africa, Mexico, and South America.

Kevin has been practicing medicine at Chester County Hospital since December 2007. He helped develop and grow the Hospitalist program at Penn Medicine, CCH with some wonderful partners and is currently the co-chair of University of Pennsylvania Hospital Medicine Alliance.

While working full time as a hospitalist, he was nominated and finished the University of Pennsylvania Physician Leadership Academy training. He also has an MBA from Saint Joseph University and is currently doing a Masters in Health Care Innovation at University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Sowti currently serves as Medical Director of the Hospitalist Group through the University of Pennsylvania and also serves as the Section Chief of Internal Medicine at CCH along with being the Chief of Staff at Chester County hospital.

 Tim McClung is a Healthcare Quality and Operations Professional with over 15 years of experience in advancing the development of collaborative approaches and programs to help complex health systems embed quality and safety in the culture of the organization, leading to better, data-driven decision-making, and better clinical and patient outcomes. Tim has served as the Quality and Patient Safety Director in major academic medical center and community teaching hospital settings in both New York and Connecticut. Currently specializing in Healthcare Informatics, Tim’s background includes Data Analytics, Patient Safety, Process Improvement, Regulatory Compliance and Prospective Risk Assessment. Nationally, Tim serves as a Commissioner for the National Association for Healthcare Quality  (NAHQ) with experience on both the Certification and Education Commissions.

A Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, Tim holds a Master of Public Health degree from New York Medical College and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Western Connecticut State University with a clinical background in Respiratory Therapy.

 

Jeff Wise MBA, CHFP

Jeffrey (Jeff) Wise is the Director of Finance for Main Line Health System’s Bryn Mawr Hospital and is responsible for the hospital’s financial performance, reporting, budgeting, and all other financial stewardship priorities. Prior to this, Jeff worked for over 30 years in the capacities of insurance underwriting with national healthcare insurance companies, healthcare management consulting, and financial management positions within a major academic healthcare system. Jeff holds a BA in Risk Management and Insurance and an MBA in finance, both from Temple University. He is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) with the Healthcare Financial Management Association, a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), a member of the Philadelphia chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He also serves on the Healthcare Advisory Committee, is the Finance Committee Chair, and Board Treasurer at Kendal-Crosslands Communities, a continuing care retirement community in Kennett Square, PA. Jeff is also a long-time volunteer at the Coatesville Veterans Medical Center Hospice Unit.

Hiten Upadhyay MD, FAAEM

Dr. Upadhyay is a board-certified Emergency Physician and has been practicing in the Tampa Bay area for over 20 years. He is currently the Medical Director and CEO of Professional Urgent Care Services established in 2013. Dr. Upadhyay spent the first 15 years of his career working clinically at a Level II Trauma Center in St Petersburg, FL. He was a board member for Pinellas County EMS systems, in addition he became the Chair of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee for the Hospital. He was an active member to the Pinellas County Medical Association as a Secretary on the board and is an  active member of the American Academy of Emergency Physicians.

Dr. Upadhyay graduated from the University of Michigan with B.A. in Economics and Biology and completed his medical school and residency at Wayne State University/ Detroit Medical Center. He Currently has privileges at multiple different hospitals in the Tampa Bay area continues to practice clinical Emergency Medicine.

 

James Curtis PhD, MHA

James Curtis PhD, MHA

James Curtis is the Associate Director of Pharmacy at Penn Medicine.  In this role, James provides leadership and clinical expertise throughout the health-system.  He also serves as the chair of the hospital’s Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee.  James has been a consultant for The Healthcare Improvement Foundation, visiting over 25 organizations in the Philadelphia area, critically assessing their antimicrobial stewardship programs, and making recommendations for enhancement.  He has over 10 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement.

 James holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Drexel University.  He also is dual board certified, both in pharmacotherapy and in critical care.  James completed residency training at Christiana Hospital in Delaware.

 

Will Conaway

Will Conaway is a global healthcare technology leader. He has an extensive background focusing on business growth and market expansion, advancing technologies, and strategy. 

Will has worked with several of the largest US healthcare organizations, including Providence Health & Services, Dignity Health, and Prime Healthcare.  Additionally, he has held the titles of Chief Growth Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief of Staff, and Chief Operating Officer.  Concurrent with his executive roles in healthcare, Will teaches at three colleges at Cornell University, working with masters-level students in the fields of leadership, organizational strategy, and healthcare strategy.  (Cornell’s ILR School, Cornell’s Sloan College of Human Ecology, and Cornell’s Brooks School of Public Policy.)

Will serves on various boards including AEHIT & AEHIA at CHIME, contributes to leading industry publications and appears on major events in business and healthcare.

Sri Nagoti is a technology advisor at Ai Health Insights. Sri has extensive experience in enterprise applications, cloud architecture and data/analytics, and is a key contributor to AiHI’s products from a technology perspective.

Sri has an FCA from India and is certified in the SAP suite of applications.

 

Jim Sabogal BE

Jim leads the health and life sciences partner division at ServiceNow.  Previously he was head of Healthcare at T-Systems, North America Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical. He has been engaging with clients on Digital Transformation through numerous projects leveraging cloud, internet of things (IoT), big data, and SAP. Jim is active in Pharma industry dealing with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and the FDA regulatory guidelines. Jim works with partners to bring new healthcare solutions that help providers and payers leverage the benefits of cloud hosting and IoT.

Jim has a background and experience in Clinical Development; Supply Chain Management; Manufacturing; CRM (Sales and Service); IoT; Big Data / Analytics; Cloud Computing; Blockchain, and Regulatory Standards using SAP, Oracle and Microsoft solutions. Jim is also an advisor and board member to multiple companies in the areas of IoT, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP. Jim is on the IoT Community Board of Advisors for Healthcare.

Jim holds a BE in Chemical Engineering from Pratt Institute.
